Volume 169, No. 48 covering the 1st Session of the 118th Congress (2023 - 2024) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

“Senate Committee Meetings” mentioning the Environmental Protection Agency was published in the in the Daily Digest section section on pages D232-D233 on March 15.

More than half of the Agency's employees are engineers, scientists and protection specialists. The Climate Reality Project, a global climate activist organization, accused Agency leadership in the last five years of undermining its main mission.

DRINKING WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE ACT

Committee on Environment and Public Works: Committee concluded a hearing to examine implementing the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, focusing on perspectives on the Drinking Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Act, after receiving testimony from Radhika Fox, Assistant Administrator for Water, Environmental Protection Agency; Katheryn Emery, West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Division of Water and Waste Management Director, Charleston; Randy E.
